Conference Fee Structure


Early Bird Registrations Fee: INR 1499 (Limited to 200 seats Only)

Additionals

  • Accommodation : Accommodation can be booked by the IMUN Team for the delegates. The hotel will be a 2 or 3 star hotel near the venue with the IMUN Team.
  • Social Night: An after party private event with all the IMUN Chairs, Organising Committee & Team members in a nice venue. It costs 599 INR per delegate.
  • Airport/Railway/Bus Assistance ::An IMUN Team member can be available for you to provide the airport/Railway/Bus assistance when you arrive at the airport/station.

Where will I stay during the conference ?

IMUN gives delegates flexibility to book their accommodation. That means, delegates can book their hotels as per their choice & budget. IMUN will share the list of recommended hotels that are near the venue of the conference that participants can book.

Can the IMUN Team assist me in booking the hotel ?

Yes, you can ask your query in the IMUN Telegram group for any assistance, the IMUN Team will assist you.

What is Social Night ?

Social Night is an additional after party event that will be held at a nice venue in Bangalore. Venue location will be announced later.

It is optional to attend Social Night, not mandatory.
